• OT 4 ADHDULTS works within the Occupational Therapy Australia Code of Conduct (2014) & the Victorian Health Records Act (2001) in order to manage information obtained about you as part of our service. 

• We are bound by the legal requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 including the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Our comprehensive registration form provides information regarding personal and health information collection, confidentiality, record keeping, telehealth use and consent.
