Payments

Payable on the day of the consultation.

Processed by credit or debit card through secure practice administration system.
Funding

Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) - up to 10 sessions per calendar year: Medicare rebate of $89.50. Please discuss eligibility with your GP or psychiatrist.

GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) - up to 5 sessions per calendar year: Medicare rebate of $63.40. Please discuss eligibility with your GP.

Cancellation

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a consultation.

Cancellation notice of 24 - 48 hours incurs 50% of fees payable.

Cancellation notice of less than 24 hours incurs 100% of fees payable.
